In recognition of its sustainability achievements, SUNY Oneonta has earned a STARS Silver rating from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE.) STARS, the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System, measures and encourages sustainability in all aspects of higher education.
Three SUNY Oneonta faculty members and 178 students were honored for academic excellence at the annual Susan Sutton Smith Lecture and Award Reception on April 12.
