The Science Discovery Center is located in the Physical Science building on the SUNY Oneonta campus, room 112. You can put "A.J. Read Science Discovery Center" directly into your phone GPS.
The SUNY Oneonta Planetarium is located on the basement level of the Perna Science Building on the SUNY Oneonta campus on West Dormitory Road. Enter through the main doors on the West side of the building and follow signs to the planetarium entrance.
Parking
During the academic year, especially during the work week, guests will need to get a free, no-registration day pass to park in visitor and commuter lots. Parking after 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays does not require a pass. Handicapped parking is available, please feel free to call ahead (607) 436-2011 for assistance.
Temporary parking passes can be obtained in the Science Discovery Center for all Science Outreach Activity events, or contact us ahead of time and we can email it to you to print out.
