Order of Omega is a National Greek Honor Society which recognizes Greek members who have attained a high standard of leadership in Inter-Greek activities, to encourage them to continue along this line, and to inspire others to strive for similar conspicuous attainment.
Order of Omega emphasizes the importance of community service and Inter-Greek communication over academic and nominal honors. At the present, the Order maintains approximately three hundred chapters at colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.
Upcoming Dates
The fall application meeting will be held on Monday, September 16 at 4 p.m. on teams. Join the meeting.
Order of Omega applications are due on Friday, October 18.
The annual Order of Omega Halloween Carnival for community children will be held on Tuesday, October 27 at 5 p.m. in the Hunt Union Ballroom. Trick or Treating in the residence halls will take place directly after the carnival.
Order of Omega initiation will be held on Monday, November 18 at 3 p.m. in the Hunt Union Square
Fraternity and Sorority Member of the Month
Each month during the academic year Order of Omega members select a fraternity and sorority member of the month. At the end of the Year Order of Omega will select a fraternity and sorority member of the year from the fraternity and sorority member of the month winners. Each month the winners will receive a $25 gift card to Starbucks and the winners will be featured on the instagram page.
